Why Mathematics and English?
Mathematics and English are important universal languages that are essential for young people to master in today’s world. These skills are not only key to success in education, but also in many career opportunities. English as a language of words, and Mathematics as a language of numbers help us make a positive impact on the world. They are essential for many of your daily tasks. The ability to speak, read, and write clearly and fluently and understand mathematical concepts is a prerequisite for full participation in society.
We hope to inspire and challenge young people to explore and excel in these subjects.
The Challenge is open to participants from single or both subjects.
The competition resources, tests and challenges are designed to be suitable for the following age categories:
Young Master Challenge -Vision
We envisage creating an inclusive platform where young people of any ability are encouraged and supported to pursue their passions and achieve their full potential. We believe that every young person has the potential to be a master in their field, and we want to provide them with the skills and opportunities to succeed.
Young Master Challenge- Mission
Our mission is to inspire and challenge young people to excel in Mathematics and English and to recognize and reward their achievements.
Our Mascot: Honeybee
Honeybee is a great symbol of the qualities such as hard work, dedication, teamwork, and usefulness to others. We hope to inspire participants to embody these values as they strive to master their own skills and talents in pursuit of their goals and dreams.
Honeybees work tirelessly to produce the most valuable and useful food source for humans. They are also highly organized, with each member of the hive having a specific role to play in the collective effort in building and maintaining their hive.
Similarly, we expect that the Young Masters will work hard individually and as a team to gather knowledge and develop skills to produce wonderful results for themselves and their community.
