GCSE Maths for QTS
Getting into successful employment can be tough when lacking GCSE’s and coming from a disadvantaged background. We aim to assist adults lacking UK Maths qualifications and provide them with the necessary skills in order to accomplish this subject at GCSE level and achieve QTS (Qualifying Teacher Status) in the UK. The Examination board will be provided by Pearson’s Edexcel and will span all mainstream topics.
Course Details
This course is specifically designed for overseas qualified teachers that do not have the necessary GCSE qualifications to work the UK and will focus on improving skills in order to achieve excellent results. We will give each individual the required support in the form of online classes 4 hours a week spanning across 15 weeks in order for them to reach their goal of becoming a UK qualified teacher. Classes will take place online using Microsoft Teams and course materials will be provided by our friendly yet professional teachers.
Classes will be no bigger than 10 and we will respect all government guidelines. In conclusion to the course, successful participants will be prepared to take their GCSE Maths in confidence and consequently will be ready to apply for QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Once participants receive their QTS, they will immediately be eligible to work in the UK education industry.
